This shipping policy outlines important details about our Shipping policies, Shipping Partners and Delivery Timing.
- Shipping Policies
- We ship with reputable couriers for fast and safe delivery.
- We’ll try to send your entire order together, but sometimes it may not be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. We’ll let you know if that happens.
- To request a replacement delivery, please refuse any damaged packages upon delivery and contact us at +91-8015267013 or through our website, including your order number.
- Track your order on our website by clicking “Track Your Order” menu in the My account Page.
- All items will be shipped with an invoice stating the price as per Indian Tax Regulations.
- Shipping charges are extra that depend on the weight and quantity of a product and comes automatically when you purchase a product.
- Shipping Partners
- We ship orders using multiple shipping partners after considering cost, delivery time, and location.
- We can ship through EMS Speed post to remote locations upon special request, but we can’t guarantee compliance. Shipments are subject to content verification by the post office and may be rejected if the item is deemed likely to be damaged.
- Delivery Time
- We try to ship your order the same day or within 24 hours.
- We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Sunday orders ship on Monday.
- Orders before 4 PM ship same day, excluding Sundays & holidays.
- Shipments created before 4:00 PM through Shiprocket will be picked up on the same day. After 4:00 PM, it will be picked up the next day.
- Delivery time (2-5 days) to any location in India cannot be predicted due to various factors beyond our control such as different shipping methods and transit locations. So, Plan your order ahead of time for timely delivery.
